3-star hotel in Munich's technology district with a rooftop bar overlooking the city
Rooftop Bar & Lounge
The Cloud One Bar sits on the 12th floor, its interior drawing on cloud computing themes. Guests drink while taking in city views from the rooftop terrace, open late every evening. The same space serves as a lounge with comfortable seating for working or relaxing throughout the day.
Guest Rooms
Each of the 423 rooms comes with air conditioning, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a work desk. Windows open to allow fresh air, and rooms are soundproofed for quiet sleep. Some rooms offer views of the city or the surrounding business park.
Breakfast & Dining
A buffet breakfast is served each morning, including organic products and a wide selection of pastries, cereal, and sandwiches. No hot dishes are offered, but the bar provides coffee and croissants for takeaway. The hotel does not have a restaurant, though a Vietnamese restaurant, Bonjour, delivers to the lobby within 30 minutes.
Location & Transport
The hotel is 2.8 km from the BMW Museum and 4.2 km from Olympiapark, with the English Garden reachable by tram. Nordfriedhof U-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk, connecting directly to the Allianz Arena and Munich city centre. An express bus from Munich Airport stops near the hotel, making transfers straightforward.
Hotel Services & Amenities
A bike hire service lets guests explore Schwabing and the surrounding parks on two wheels. The park-like inner garden offers outdoor seating away from the street, and private parking is available in a garage. Pets are allowed, and the 24-hour front desk handles luggage storage and daily housekeeping.

“I found the atmosphere here genuinely comforting, a sentiment amplified by the thoughtful design and the genuine warmth of the staff who made my stay quite remarkable. The rooftop bar, with its city views, and the surprisingly comprehensive breakfast added distinct layers to the experience, even for a brief visit. It's a place that manages to feel both new and incredibly welcoming.”
